Value added tax

As a small business within the meaning of § 19 UStG, no value added tax is charged and none is shown on invoices. Accordingly, no VAT identification number has been issued.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect arises only from the point at which a concrete infringement becomes known; we will remove such content promptly once we are aware of it.
